Warranty and Non-Warranty Repairs

Farpoint is an Authorised Service Centre who can provide warranty repairs on all Apple equipment less than a year old no matter where it was purchased.  

If your machine is outside of its warranty, then a chargeable repair service is available.  Once the diagnosis of the fault has been made, a Technician will contact you with costs and completion dates.

The Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and a Technician is available in the Showroom on Saturdays 10am to 6pm.
